Outlook

A stationary front will remain parked out over central Utah for majority of today. Tonight this boundary lifts northward as a warm front and could present the chance for some light valley rain/mountain snow showers. Precipitation will fill in across the state through Saturday, then linger into Sunday. This Easter Weekend storm has a nice moisture tap so totals could be on the higher end. Precipitation totals over the weekend: .25 - .75" of rain for valleys and 10-20" of snowfall for the mountains. - Matt Johnson, KSL Weather 3.29.24
